The difference between Wesley's 34 points as per ATP, and 33 points on your breakdown, is the 1 point he received in Lille (France F6) as a lucky loser defeated in the second round.

I got this information from another source as well. But it really helps me to know about these things. Has not had a confirmation about Soderling and Milligan's points yet but it must be pretty obvious that they have given the points to the LL instead of the qualifier for that specific event.
