If he has feelings for you...he should tell his girlfriend...because it's not fair to any of you...because your confused on how he feels about you...he's not totally happy...because it sounds like he has feelings for you...and if she can tell that he likes you...she's probably scared that he's going to cheat on her...I wish there were some way I could help you...:(
