There are a few ways to install patches/mods for Jedi Knight and Mysteries of the Sith, but the most common way is by using a program known as Patch Commander. It is available at http://www.jediknight.net/commander. Give the readme a once over and you shouldn't have any problems, it's quite easy to use. If you have further trouble, come back and ask for help. Good luck, and make sure you try Manowar 2 and 3.
