68 b-body disc brakes?

Greetings all - I have a 68 LeSabre 400 Convertible that I've got mostly restored, but I'm considering swapping to front power disc brakes. Does anyone have a suggestion for doing this? The car currently has 4 wheel power drums. There are kits for the other GM b-bodies (Impalas for example) but I'm guessing the Buicks are specific enough that those don't work, otherwise they would advertise it. Can I just look for parts from a 70,71,72... factory front disc and do this swap? Any info is appreciated, I've hit a dead end on the net looking for info...
