1983 Riviera Indy 500 Pace Car engine

Howdy! I met a guy last night at a cruise night who was looking over my Turbo Regal. He says he recently purchased an original 1983 Riviera Indy 500 pace car engine from a museum. He needs the computer and wiring harness. Anybody know anything about these engines (4.1 liter, twin turbo).
