Engine Swap

I have 62 Buick Special equipped with the original 198 V6 mated to a Muncie m21 transmission. Has anyone swapped a Buick 3.8 or 4.1 litre engine into a Buick Compact? If so, what modifications are necessary aside from a 64 and later bellhousing.
