Headlights will not turn off

Ok, I'm hoping someone can help me with this.

My headlights in my 1992 Buick LeSabre will not shut off when the engine is hot. Took it to the dealer and they told me it was the module. What module are they talking about? Above where the fuse for the headlights are located it says "LCM'. Is this the module they speak of? Where is this module and how does one change it?
