power antenna access

Well I hope I'm doin this right. Anyway, I just bought a great 65 Riviera, has a couple of bugs, one is the power antenna sticks and makes a clicking sound. How do I access the motor. I think the gear is worn. Also how do I access fuses and the back of radio. Any help would be appreciated.
