Hi there
I am looking to put disc brakes on the front of my '55 Special. Nobody offers this as a kit that I've found (for less than $1300.)And that kit comes with spindles.
I would like to use drop spindles to lower the front about 2 or 3 inches. Has anybody had any experience in this type of conversion? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tim

you can lower your buick some by taking springs out and cutting off a couple of coils making sure they are the same height when done. i'm looking for disc break stuff myself for a 57 it has to be out there somewhere keep lookin as i will and let me know if you find some
