I'm sorry, I can only find two ways on the site to get into their FTP, one is just a test thing (which doesn't work) which you should be able to download a file the other is that you must pay them $70 a year to get an account on it.
Maybe they have changed the FTP details since you last visited the site.

When we talk about EmuChina here, we mean the TOSEC archive there. You can only dl 1 file at the time, and download managers are banned...

But at least it's free.
