Using WinUAE 8.8 release 8 and kickstarts 3.1, 2.0 and 1.3 I have managed to get the keyboard and mouse working properly but I still cannot get a Joystick or Gamepad to work yet!

Windows(XPpro) see's the gamepads fine and they are all configured properly. The gamepad is inserted into the Gameport but I get no responce on ANY Amiga emulated game??? whats wrong??

Unfortunetly I can't really be of much help, as it's now a long time ago since I was using version 0.8.8R8 myself and can't really remember it fully, other than I didn't get my joypad to work in this version either.

So only thing I can suggest is that you upgrade to a later WinUAE version (0.8.21R4 or later should be fine for this issue), if possible. Cause to my experience I managed to configure and use my joypad with ease in these later versions by simply choose a "Configuration" (#1, #2, #3 etc.) on the "Input" tab and start mapping my joypad's buttons.

If memory serves me well there wasn't such an "Input" tab in version 0.8.8R8, which was why I had problems getting my joypad working. Although, it was possible to various rumours I heard, but I did never get to know how.
