pcs cannot read amiga disks
amigas can sead 720k formatted floppies with crossdos
crossdos comes with workbench 2.05 or higher
i you don“t have crossdos available on the amiga side you can try and transfer files with a parallel or serial cable if you have the right transfer tools
if you have no transfer utilities whatsoever or they don“t work you can try and use warlock's wartrans

if you don't have the extras disk or that program doesn“t work for some reason whatever you try it
you should try and get some transfer software from anyone you know or try to buy it online
i“d go with crossdos look for wb 2.05 or higher as i mentioned before on amiga disks of course
then there“s the catweasel a floppy controller that allows a pc to read amiga disks
also i“ve heard about some hardware hacks that supposedly do the same but i don't remember where i saw that atm
if any of this fails i“m out of ideas
establishing amiga-pc contact is far from easy if you don“t have any tools to do it with
