I have a similar problem with ReGet Junior 2.2, it indicates NO FILE OR ACCESS DENIED for each downloading!

Have you tried...

1.
...right-clicking on the link and 'download target as'?

This may not work because of cgi linking but you can
try =).

2.
If the file is saved in the 'temp' folder.
Make sure that the download is complete, and then try
to copy the file to another folder, and start it from
there.

Well, that's the only things I could think of.

First, I don't know which Windows you got, but I will try explain what you could do to solve the issue if it's WinXP (since that's what I'm using myself):

You've probably disabled the "Always ask before opening this type of file" in your IE and thus it does now always apply to the "Open" command instead of giving you the choice to "Save".

So access the menusystem in any folder window and go to "Tools->Folder Options..." and from there to the "File Types" tab. Browse down to the near-bottom of the list where "ZIP" extention is located, select it and click "Advanced".
Then re-enable the option "Confirm open after download".

Now if this (hopefully) solves the issue, it should now give you the opertunity to save the file instead of opening right away.

Good luck!

Kind regards,
