Sorry to bother you with what is probably a really simple matter, so I will be as brief as possible.
I am trying to install SWOS on my Harddrive, but without much success.Have tried the following:
Using: WinUAE 0.8.14 R3
RAM: 2Mb, Fast 2Mb, Slow 512Kb (and different variations of RAM)
ROM: 3.1/2.04
CPU: 68020
Harddrives: DH0: 22Mb HDF W/B3.1 Installed
DH1: 100Mb HDF with WinUAE folder from windows with various games and utilities
What I have done: Extracted SWOSHD.LZX with LZX1.21R to various places, including; WinUae.HDF/HARDDRIVES/H-D GAMES, and WORKBENCH.HDF/WORK/USER-APPLICATION
I have a SWOSHD Icon, but after the JOTDStartup Screen, WinUAE freezes on blank grey screen.
I also have a 'Sensible World of Soccer' Kempston joystick icon. After double clicking this, I get to the intro with music, but after clicking joystick button, game freezes on blank screen.
Have also tried various configurations on WinUAE 08.22R6 with similar results.
I hope you can help, even if to point me in the direction of an 'idiot's guide' link on the net.
