How can I effectively play hd versions of King's Quest, Curse of Enchantia or Dungeon Master when all I get is "NOT A VALID SAVE GAME DISK". I've even tried a blank save disk in DF0 to no avail. How do these people expect us to play these elaborate, in depth rpg adventure HD games when u can't save/load?

Use the save-state feature in WinUAE. That should work.

i wish the save/load snapshot worked for HD games. that would be a charm as it is, already, for ADF games!!!!

It does work but you have to make sure you have the exact same config loaded as when you saved the state.

For example, hd paths, kickstart path, etc.
