Hello,
I'm very new to these forums, but I am a great fan of the Amiga and I love playing all my old favs on winUAE This is just an idea, but what are your thoughts on a p2p network dedicated to Amiga games? Do you think it would be worthwhile? Could you see any legal complications with a system of this kind?

Kazaa and DC++ already do this...

I know of a number of retro gamers that have a considerable amount of Amiga games (along with other formats like Commodore 64, Spectrum, Atari ST, SNES, etc.) that they share using the two commonest P2P clients, Kazaa and DC++. I do this myself and it's how I was able to get a copy of Puggsy the other day for someone in here through swapsies.

As for an Amiga only P2P network, it's a nice idea but are there enough of us about? I'd be part of it, who's with me? I'm on DC++ mainly, as Kazaa is very virus prone.
