I don't run or jog much
but I do walk a lot and I wear either plaid shorts or basketball shorts, usually just bb shorts
and because I freeball fulltime like yourself, there is no support especially in my looooooooose bb shorts
I say don't worry about it, most people don't notice, and if they do, then why were they looking in the first place????
