I run about 9 miles a week. Always wearing the nylon gym type shorts only. There is no problem not wearing some sort of support. I have been running like this for 20 years. When I did run with support, I felt confined. Not free to run and enjoy the action. Your body should tell you if you need support or not. Or if you can run faster, slower, shorter time. Our bodies are made for action, action without confinedments. Less is better! |
