Are there really schools which don't allow boys to wear underwear for P.E.?What is the reasons for it?
Some forums say that shirts were a strict no-no for PE too.Why?
I don't live in England so I' ve never experienced these regulations.
Well I've tried jogging without underwear sometimes and I found it very comfortable.
