I tried tunning in my running shorts with the liner cut out, the problem I have is that after I run a few steps my penis is hanging out for all to see, I have had to revert to skins, or longer shorts. I'm not shy and would not care if people saw just don't want to impose stuff on people who may be offended and I don't want to get in trouble with the law.
