Response to Constant Buzzer Sound & no Water from Bypass outlet

Is it a 240EFI? If so, water doesn't normally come out the pee hole at an idle.

Check your fuel separator... maybe it's full of water and that is what is causing the alarm.

Check the water inlet in the pump for debri... if plugged... water can't enter to cool the powerhead.

Also, make sure the oil caps... fill cap, tank caps and upper tank cap on 240 are all tight. If any are not sealed the oil may not get to the powerhead.

I'm not sure I would have gone with the small terminate battery posts. Was the battery fully charged? Seeing how the engine is starting and idle okay... it should be okay, but I'm not sure about long term with those small posts.

Definitely take it easy until you figure out exactly why the alarm is occurring.
