Clarity of Camp Gaea's Board has a new note posted via their website: http://www.campgaea.org

The gist of it is that they've agreed to enter into an arbitration proceeding with Leavenworth County - versus a law suit. That will begin in April -- leaving them a bit in limbo till they know the tone and outcome of the arbitrtation. Read Clarity's note for a fuller version.

Earth Rising, Inc. (owners and operators of Camp Gaea) and Leavenworth County have signed an agreement granting a PERPETUAL special use permit for the camp.

The agreement included five stipulations that the camp must fulfill--none of which touch directly on nudity. Rather, they have to do with noise, road use/maintenance, and emergency planning.

I don't know when the agreement was signed, but it was announced to the area Pagan community on 4/9.

Gaea is back in business.
