I posted a version of this on an older thread, but thought I'd turn it into a new one in hopes of getting some ideas.

My wife and I went to the Two Rivers State Park site west of Omaha on Memorial Day, catching rays on a sandbar in the middle of the river, and found it delightful, though nobody else was there except a clothed guy gawking from the bank. As we were leaving a clothed group showed up, followed by a couple with young children who were stripping as we left. Others passed us on the trail, with unknown intentions clothingwise.

A couple of days later I exchanged emails with a guy at Cornhusker Recreation Club. He said a couple of years ago the state park folks informed them that nudity was NOT welcome at that site, though it is just outside park boundaries.

We're interested in what the current status of the site is, as we would like to go back if we thought we wouldn't be harassed by park rangers. We're also interested in other locations within a couple hours drive from Omaha where social nudity is acceptable. We've been trying to hook up with the Cornhusker group, but haven't heard back. We'd be interested in any formal or informal social nudity groups. Cornhusker is the only one in our area listed on the net, and the closest others are at least a few hours away.

Any contact info would be appreciated, either in response here or to my email: dancerofthedark@hotmail.com.

As far as I can tell, there is no law against outdoor nudity in Nebraska, unless you have an intention of affronting or alarming others. Going to a place where you believe the other visitors also will be nude doesn't seem like that sort of intention. Still, who wants to have to go through some criminal legal process to try to prove what your intent was?
