The swims are private events put on by the Heartland Club. Newcomers and first times are welcome but the club asks that everyone interested in attending first contact the club by emai at hnclub@juno.com -- a club officer will then reply and most likely as for a full name, city or area where you live and just a bit about your interest in social nudism.
Nothing too intrusive but it does help assure that everyone attending is sincere in their interest in attending a nudist event - in return you'll get the address and driving directions to the swim -- in a general way the location is in the southwest part of the metro Kansas City area.
Next swim, as noted February 28th. Typically we have 30 to 30 attend each swim - familes, couples, singles all welcome. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian - bring a towel - leave valuables at home or in the car. There's not much "swimming" to the swims - more like a giant hot tub for soaking and talking so don't expect a real athletic evening. Well, you can swim but mostly it's about socializing and meeting some like-minded folks.
