Great thought isn't it - another Sun Run. The details aren't firmed up yet so we're not announcing the date but we have set up a website for this summer's Sun Run and the past events.

This will be the fourth annual 5K Clothing Optional Sun Run here in the Kansas City area.


The Sun Run website will proivde the details once the event is firmed up.

This has been a great event for the past three years - we hope to see it grow again this summer and it's truly open to all - runners, walkers and everything in between so don't be put off by the word "run" in the name.

This year's theme - The Race of Apollo - in keeping with the style of naming the race for an ancient Sun god.

Race Cooridnator will again be Doug Wyatt of the club.

Hey Dick,
In this cold weather it is great to be thinking about this years Sun Run. I've run the last two and they've been a blast. Unfortunately it looks like I'll miss this years due to spending my summer vacation in Iraq. Still, fate may intervene and I may make it still. At any rate if I'm not there I'll be thinking of you all. I bet there won't be any nude races in Bagdad. The Sun Run is an awesome time and I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Dick I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed running along side you at the 2003 Sun Run.
