I'm interested in the nudist lifestyle. I found the cove today, and nobody was there. Is there a certain day or time of day I can expect to see others there? I live in Gladstone and it takes about 20 minutes to get there.
About how many come to the swims, and/or are members of the club?
I was there today also, Tueday 9-21-04 and there was one other Cove visitor - this was from about 12 30 to 2 pm for my part and in fact there were three vehicles parked in "our" parking area when I left but I didn't see the 3rd person. I was asleep for a while so maybe they set up on another arm or who knows.
Again today not much beach to the beach - but it's ok - room for everyone as long as it's 2 or 3 or 4.
Anyway - I think that's the way of the Cove - throughout the day somebody arriving as somebody else is leaving so you can be there and say nobody was around - true enough - but maybe 5 or 6 people in total visited the place at one time or another. Lately I've usually seen someone when I visit even if just in passing.
To answer the other question just posed - 'is the season over? ' - by no means at least not for me. October has some great days - it's really nice when it's not so hot, like today. Just comfortable to sun and the water's still fine for swimmming. I swam a little, laid out, caught a few winks, ate a lunch I'd picked up at Subway in Gower - talked with my fellow Covie a little bit - a good hour or so in the sun.
