I'm wondering if anyone knows of any nude camping sites. Since the weather is slowly getting warmer, it'd be great to find a spot I could openly go swimming and camping in general. I'm up here in Lincoln, NE and my only option is to go to a state lake (like Branched Oak) and hope for a swim late at night. I don't think too many people from "the big city of Lincoln" go camping.

I'd like that too - to find a park or any land suitable for carefree camping overnight - nice to have it on water later this summer for swimming but now just anyplace would do.

Lake Edun and Camp Gaea are two places in this area where you can camp and hike nude - overnight fees at both but they're reasonable especially at Gaea. Both have websites linked off the Heartland main page under Area Clubs.

If anybody's got a line on other sites - in particular sections of a lake front or river where such a thing is doable I'd be interested by note here or email.

Heartland Swim this Friday - March 18th, 2005, 8 to 10 pm. Pending the ideal camp site the swims make a good place to socialize with 30 or so area nudists - quite a few new member couples and singles have joined the club recently and many will be attending Friday's swim so a good chance to say hello to old and new alike.
