Hi, just a quick little report on Last Friday's swim. We had quite a good turn out. About 25 to 30 people in my opinion.
I personally saw some new faces there and some faces whom we had not seen in awhile. Welcome back Julie!! One group of people even traveled from as far away as Oklahoma to attend our swim.
The officers mentioned past events such as KMBC News coverage of the Naturist community and our efforts to sponsor a Communiversity class on Nudism 101. Upcoming events such as SunRun ( July 10th ), Dave Carter's party at his property, and the adoption of our By-laws (July swim) were also discussed.
The pool slide got quite a work-out from many of us that evening despite the presence of only two small water buckets. We need to find the bigger one!!! Most people then broke down into groups of 7 or fewer and talked among themselves. Maybe next month we can organize a game of volleyball.
