Just a quick reminder that Heartland Naturists will be holding the monthly swim on Friday November 18th, 2005 from 8PM to 11PM. From 8PM to 9PM we will be holding our member's meeting and Officer's elections. Non members may buy in pizza and pop wise for $3.00 costs for the swim are as follows:

Members: $5.00 Single $8.00 Couples
Non-Members: $8.00 Single $12.00 Couples
Below is what the members meeting is all about and we invite anybody who is not a member to come and feel free to join us as well you just can't vote for the Officers but you are more than welcome to suggest ideas of what you would like to see or do.
HEARTLAND NATURISTS OFFICERS ELECTIONS AND GENERAL MEETING:
On November 18th, 2005 from 8PM to 9PM The Heartland Naturists will be holding the elections for the Officer of The Heartland Naturists and a general meeting at the same place as the swim. This night is your chance to make your voice heard for who you want to be the leaders that are leading our organization. This is also your chance to make your voice heard about activities, events, or get togethers you would like to see take place. Non-Members may also attend but there will be a $3.00 charge in addition to their swim fee if they plan on eating any pizza. HN members can cast your vote for the Officers up till 10PM when the ballots will be collected and votes totaled. The new Officers for 2006 will be announced after all the votes are counted and before the swim is over and then announced in November newsletter as well. Without you, the members, our organization would not be here, so take the time to come out to the General Meeting and make your voice heard on what you want to do and who you want leading our organization.
As usual if you are not a member of the Heartland Naturists and would like to attend we ask that you please do the following:
If you would like to attend the swim please send an email to hnclub@kcsky.net this email will go to three of the Heartland Officers.
We do ask for your email to contain the following: 1)your full name, 2) area where you live - not full address but general area (ie city name and state) and 3) a line or two about your interest in social nudism - basically what's your interest and background if any.
It's a small bit of getting-to-know you information we ask of all first timers and newcomers - since you'll be guests at a private Heartland event.
In return you'll receive a reply from a Heartland officer shortly after we receive it.
December's swim will be on the 9th of December at the regular swim time (8PM to 10PM).
