I went to the cove today. Great Weather!! Nice breeze. The road to the cove, King Road is bare with no gravel on it. The path down to the cove has been cleaned up and they have put gravel down up to about where the field starts. There were some boaters out and a couple of fishing boats came through. One fisherman came and fished off the point on the left. During the four hours I was there, there was only one person there during that time. The cattails are still there. They look dorment now, but new ones are starting and look like they will take over more beach. The water is down and has washed some of the sand and beach away. You can no longer walk to the right around to the cove to the south without wading through the water. The water has washed all the sand and bankment away. I got some nice sun and a start on my tan.
