Hello to all my fellow naturists,
Hope all has been well, and I hope everyone has been enjoying the sun and dry weather. It is the third week of the month again which means Friday night is the Heartland Naturists swim night from 8PM to 10PM. So what does it take to be able to come to the swims, just 3 simple things sent to the following email address:

The 3 things you will need to include in the email are as follows:
1) The FULL NAME (First and Last) of each person who will be attending the swim.
2) City and State of where each person lives
(If we don't have at least the first two items sent in your email, you will receive an email from us asking for the information from you so please save us the time and make sure to include this, we have been receiving a lot of emails and snail mail inquiries without first and last names and without city and state information.)
3) And finally a line or two about your interest in social nudism - basically what's your interest and background if any in nudism/naturism. (ie. TNS, AANR membership, past resorts or clubs you may have visited, etc)
It's a small bit of getting-to-know you information we ask of all first timers and newcomers - since you'll be guests at a private Heartland event.
In return you'll receive a reply from a Heartland officer (99% of the time it will be me) shortly (generally within 2 or 3 days) after we receive it. (If you send the email the NIGHT OF THE SWIM please ensure that you send it PRIOR to 6PM as I check my email inbox one last time before I leave the house around 6:30. This way I have time to compose an email back to you and you have plenty of time to get to the swim after getting my email response back.)
The Heartland Naturists Officers and the management of the facility that we rent out would kindly ask that if you are given the information regarding the location of our swims or due to having attended our events before you are aware of the location of our swims or other events for that matter that you please do not disclose that information to any other parties or announce it on this messageboard. The reason for this is two fold: one is security purposes as a organization we need to know who is coming to our events and two is that the management of the facility we rent from does not wish to have the general public knowing about their renting their facility to us. (A naturist group in Minnesota lost their use of the facility they were renting after the general public found out about their use of the facility and several church and civic groups announced they would boycott the facility if they continued to rent to the naturist group.) So please do not disclose the location information publicly as the Heartland Naturists do not want that to happen.
As a reminder to all the swim dates for the rest of the year are as follows:
July 20th
August 17th
September 21st
October 19th
November 16th
All swims are from 8PM to 10PM unless otherwise announced.
