and it fits perfectly. I see no reason why it wouldn't fit a 2001 since there is no engine difference between us.
I feel more power. But feel being the key here as i have no way of backing this up. There is excellent noise that comes out of it when reving it. It sounds great with the intake.
There is slightly more mpg , i believe. But not much.
Overall, i would reccomend it !
