It's called the "Mental" side of the game...

These boards are pretty much the WHL's "Media" if u will. Some NHL Players get crapped on pretty bad on TSN, Sportsnet, The Score, but u don't see these things hurting their self esteem. If u can't take criticism from the media, fans and what-not, this is not the game for you.
