So, I am looking into setting up a possible road trip to Vancouver for either Mar 5 or Mar 19 (both Saturday games) to watch the Rockets play the Giants.
I am wondering how many people out there would be interested in this. I figured we could start small (I hope that Regean will help me out with co-coordinating this) and go with either a mini van (for 6-7 people) or a passenger van (for 15 people). My thought is we would leave in the morning of the game so we can get to Vancouver in time to settle into our hotel and maybe see a few things, go to the game, stay overnight and return the next day.
Obviously, the more people interested the better the price, but how much would people feel is worth it to them to pay for this road trip and I can see if we can work this out. Looking quickly at prices (and not yet trying to negotiate for better prices) it appears as if we are looking at around $100.00 per person which will include transportation, 1 night hotel stay and game ticket.
