I'm sorry to hear this too. I haven't been on any of the trips you've organized, but I went on a few back when Mrs. Squig was running them and they were always a blast, and very well put-together. It's a shame that this has become more of a headache for you than it's worth, but I totally understand where you're coming from. Volunteering to run something is a thankless job; you're the first to be blamed when someone's unhappy, and the last to be thanked when it's going well. When you're giving of your own time and effort, the tolerance for any BS is and should be pretty low.
