You can attend WHL Training camps and still be eligible for NCAA. Kelowna simply got St. Denis' rights, meaningRegina taking him off of their 50 man PPL and Kelowna listing him on theirs. Same thing happened with Jeff Tambelini in 2004 however, Tambellini was already going the NCAA route and Hamilton was unable to convince him to come to Kelowna.
