T-Birds fan and also a big Jimmy Mac fan. Just getting back from holiday and I heard he was hurt. Can someone provide details on what happened and his current status?

It was a pretty serious cut with some tendon damage. Most players will required major recovery time from this - everyone i talk to says too early to tell but more than likely gone for the regular season.
