It's obvious that the Rockets need to upgrade the back end before it's too late. Johnson and Chapman just aren't getting it done. Their +/- is terrible and there is absolutely no offensive upside. Chapman is a big kid and can skate but he has hooks for hands. Continual penalties for being out of position hurt the team. Can't the brain trust realize this and make some tough decisions that need to be made.
