Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club is hosting a fishing tournament May, 4th, 2002 at Chandler's Landing, Rockwall, Texas, Lake Ray Hubbard. We have seen some vey nice bass being caught in the past couple of weeks like a 12lb and 11lb with a lot of large stringers on a regular basis.
We are guaranting a 1st place of $2000.00 and with 100 paid team entrants we will have a 1st place of $5,000.00 and other places will pay accordingly as to the amount of paid team entrants. Entry fee per two man team is $200.00. We also have a big bass pot with an entry fee of $20.00 per two man team and 1st place pays 75% of the big bass pot and 2nd place pays 25% of the big bass pot. The tournament will be out of Chandler's landing and we will have a free breakfast starting at 5:30a.m. catered by Soulman's Bar-B-Que. A portion of the proceeds from the bass tournament will go to scholarships for Rockwall High School Seniors. Rockwall Rotary's main function is helping kids further their education. We thank you and the kids thank you. Come out and let us show you a good time and hope you win some cash.
