what is everyones thoughts on depression as far as music goes cause with nirvana and alot of nirvanas fans there was like a dark cloud so 2 speak over the music buisness and shit now its full of pop bands sex drugs and rock-n-roll whats it all come down 2 ?

--that's from a pome i wrote. the word that you used, "depression" ...struck a poetic nerve i guess. "dark cloud"? yes, i guess. a dark cloud from seattle moved over the country(ies) and turn'd to dust over the vast ocean. but we haven't forgotten.
now,
who cares about pop bands? i've heArd some of nirvana's fans say that they think somethin' like there wouldn't be some much of this boring, commercialized pop plastic
if nirvana was still recordin' music; i don't know about that... those preteenies and elementries still need somethin' to listen to. and with pop, you never really know which way mass music tastes are gonna go... also, with pop, it's whatever sells. i think the aesthetics of it all really take the back seat so to speak.


i think that sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll are all vices. and don't we all have our own vices? (not necessarily the three listed here, mind you) --maybe the music that's pop-ular at the moment is disgusting to you, so avoid it, find your little sister listening to it,
and destroy it (?)
