There are *13* 429 Mustangs on the French Registry. That is a pretty big percentage of the total number of 1971's on the registry. Of those, all are J code cars. Two are convertibles. There's no notation of RHD vs. LHD.
The cars for France appear to have been made in batches (all the cars, not just the 429s). Most of the cars are very close in consecutive number order, and many have actual consecutive numbers. For example: 172892 and 172893, and 141610 and 141611 are 4 of the 429 cars' numbers.
