With a small amount of rust the replacement of full quarters seems extreme. NOS quarter are costly and repro's are noticable. I would carefully cut out, rust proof well and weld in small patches and scim coat with bondo.Now you retain the factory quarters with factory spot welds and seems, and the car should look original.Full quarter replacement is great for large rust damage.
