One trick that works well on rear spoilers is Krylon simi Flat black. It is an exact match.
Some numbers I have saved over the years are,
71-73 non textured low gloss black.
Ditzler DDL-9423 or DAR 9000 Black with 30-35 percent DX-265 flatting agent.
I know thw 69 Hoods are flat Black textured and are not the same as 71 hoods.
The matt hood are a hastle but they sure look good when they are right. Only problem is know body will paint them correctly.
Also, If you got a black hood it cane in a package with Ram Air, the hood turn down locks and the wrighting on the scoops 429 RAM AIR.
