Body: 71 Mustang Mach1 with 65,000 original miles
Bright Blue Metallic & Argent (no body stripe)
Wheels: currently 15x7 Keystones have the original wheels/Ford hub caps in excellent condition.
Powertrain: SCJ 429/4speed/4.11 Detroit Locker
powertrain altered: 780 Holley unfortunately is gone was replaced a few years after purchasing with a 850 Holley double pumper. Has headers, I have the original exhaust manifolds. Distributor is an Accel, I have the original dual point, and rev limiter. I am missing the oil cooler
Interior: is the Black knit vinyl
I am located in Muir, Michigan which is between Lansing and Grand Rapids.
At this time I am working on getting bids to have the body painted. The car was painted 20 years ago. Since I am taking the body and paint on, does anyone know where I can find the exact paint colors? At this time I am entrusted my body/paint guy to find the exact colors. In my case the color is Bright Blue Metallic and Argent. Also, does anyone know If there is a template for the hood, where the hood is painted argent? Also if there is anything else that I should be aware of concering body and paint of the Mach1 body, it would be real appreciated.
Finally I am very happy and excited to have found this site, I know that it will prove to be invaluable.
