I have never seen a pattern for the hood paint.
I found 2 original hoods to measure from. I traced a pattern thats close. (The hood was bent.)
I can give you the mesurements if I can find them. Mustang Monthly had an issue that tells exactly how to paint the 71-73 hoods and some other years also. It was some time in late 98 or early 99 I think.
