If these are NOS Tips, I have found that they alway rust out from the insides first. I have gone through 2 sets, and have taken my present NOS pair, and had the insides Jet-Hot coated to make them last a little longer, I hope? I may buy the Repro's and use those with the added coating, for everyday use, but all of the Repro's I see in catalogs don't contain the integral chrome clamp the the originals had. Again, remember what I said about those Repro parts!
