Passionate (about history) Playwright for hire!

by

Hi all,
I just discovered this wonderful source and
network.
I am a playwright with over forty published scripts,
most of them historical in nature. I've had productions of shows in all 50 states and in Europe. I have been commissioned by a variety of Iowa theatres and museums on a variety of subejcts--Iowa in the Civil War, young resistance fighers in World War II,
sculptors, settlingt the prairies, the home front in World War II--and this is where my heart is.
My two, one person shows, on Vice President Henry A. Wallace, and painter Grant Wood, have been touring
my area successfully for several years. AMERICAN DREAMER:THE LIFE AND TIMES OF HENRY A. WALLACE, also
just played a few dates in DC. I would like to send publicity on these shows to a nationwide audience, and can't seem to find a listing of history theatres.
Can anyone out there help?
GRANT WOOD:AMERICAN REBEL would work well in Art
Museums, also.
In addition, all my writng talent, expertise and love history is avaiable to be commissioned!
Any suggestions on that quest?
Thank you to everyone for doing what you do.
Cynthia Mercati
