This was taken a few years ago when I lived in Dyersburg, Tennessee. I've just finished helping refuel the Yankee Air Force's B-17G. For several years I worked on the fuel crew at an annual airshow put on at the site of the old Dyersburg Army Air Base which was a B-17 training base during WWII.
My wife, our spoiled cat, Mirage, and I now live near Akron, Ohio where I'm a Senior Programmer/Analyst for one of the nation's largest retail jewelry companies (we're the parent company for, amongst others, the Kay Jewelers chain).
I'm 48 and have been builing models (mostly aircraft) since I was 7 or 8.
