Hi,

I recently just joined the Hyperscale forums though I've been a lurker on the site for a few years. I've been an avid modeler for about 15 years now but am just getting back into the swing of things after a three-year hiatus because of job demands. I'm a 40 year old manager in the software field and work pretty long hours.

My favorite subject is aircraft, though I've recently started to build 1/72nd armor because I don't have a lot of room for display. My current project is a 72nd Hasegawa M4A1 halftrack. I'm also building a 1/72nd Revell F-89 but it seems to have a lot of fit problems with the lower fuselage and intakes (or is it just me?). It's going to take a lot of sanding and buffing to get it ready for natural metal. I built the 48th scale version a few years ago and remember that it was a nice kit.

I have approximately 1000 unbuilt kits and my fiance thinks I'm nuts. Can some of you who have more kits than that let me know how many you have in the loft so I can let her know that this is normal? lol.

Nice meeting you,

John
