I've been lurking here for a long time. My story is pretty typical. I built models as a kid... discovered women and booze...
Now I'm a sober 53-year-old who's been back at building models for about five years or so. My particular "specialty" is "green" modeling and avoidance of spray painting. I've been working pretty hard to avoid gaining any trace of AMS... and so far, so good. I like the old, moldy 1/72 scale kits built using techniques similar to what I used in 1967! What I want to do is interpret my 1967 modeling through the experience and financial, um, "resources" that I have now.
This is an excellent forum, and once in awhile I get the urge to post something, so here goes!
